Referral Marketing Program
Word of mouth remains the most powerful marketing tool for any business. To capitalize on organic referrals, we selected a referral marketing partner with a plug-and-play technology platform and generated $75k in the first three months. By adopting best practices, we grew the program to over $260k the following quarter, accelerating new customer acquisition.

Coupon Code Initiative
At the close of the year, a web analysis returned insight that customers were organically coming from a variety of coupon sites like RetailMeNot.com, DuckDuckGo and CouponChief.com. Rather than leave this channel to chance, we proactively seeded promo codes to these sites, increasing revenue YOY 148% with an initiative that took roughly 20 hours to implement.

The power of your existing customer base may surprise you. To raise brand awareness and industry authority, we conducted a series of customer surveys and transformed the data into Salary Reports across key professions. We then turned the reports into a series of blog posts, short articles and compelling facts, figures and snippets of insight. The campaign gave our businesses clout and led to countless impressions, increased leads, and valuable customer engagement.
